What are the opening hours of the Pool Club?
The Pool Club is open from 09:00 to 21:00. On Saturdays, it closes at 16:00. Hours may vary depending on seasonality or special events.
What is included in the price of a Pool Area sunbed?
The sunbed fee grants access to the Pool Area and a reserved sunbed for the hours booked. It also includes towels and pool-side service. The price it’s used as a food and beverage credit. The consumption exceeding the price of the reservation will be charged separately.
Do all sunbeds include umbrellas? Do you provide towels?
Sunbeds include shaded areas. Towels are available for Pool Club guests.
Can I cancel or modify my sunbed or cabana reservation?
Reservations can be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Changes after this period may not be accepted or may incur charges.
What happens if it rains and I have a sunbed reservation?
In case of adverse weather conditions, reservations may be rescheduled subject to availability and operational conditions. The venue will assess each situation individually to ensure the best possible guest experience.
Can I bring my own food or drinks to the Pool Club?
No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Is there a dress code in the Pool Club?
Yes. The Pool Club follows a Beach Casual dress code. Swimwear is allowed within the pool area.
Can I take photos at the Pool Club? Will I be photographed?
Personal photography is allowed. The venue may occasionally capture photo or video content for marketing purposes. By entering, guests acknowledge they may appear in such material. Professional or commercial photos or videos are not allowed. A Special authorization will be necessary for the usage of professional materials such as drones or professional cameras.
Is there an age restriction for the Pool Club?
Yes. Minimum age is 12+ with adult supervision. Selected events may be restricted to 18+.
